Meetings begin with a short talk, then a guided meditation, some quiet meditation, and a Q and A period.

Chakra Scan

The white light of consciousness hits the human body and we refract it into the spectrum of human consciousness via the chakras. This meditation will feature a chakra scan to be present with the light coming through us, and conscious of the depth and clarity we can shine into the world when we choose to.
